Supply Recommendations
Over the years we have found products that work great for our puppy families. Here are our favorites and must haves:

Puppy Food
All of our puppies are fed TLC Whole Life Puppy Food. This food can only be ordered online. We transition our puppies to TLC Whole Life Dog Food around 11-12 moths of age.

Dog Bed
Our dogs LOVE the Kuranda beds. They are perfect for puppies too! I do not recommend getting a large fluffy pillow for your puppy...there's a 99% chance it will be destroyed. We recommend the Silver Aluminum Kuranda Dog bed.
Size 40x25 is perfect for adult age too!

Crate
All of our puppies begin crate training at 6 weeks old. This helps a lot with the potty training process. For females we recommend a 36" crate- for males we recommend a 42" crate

Play Pen
Having a safe place to put your puppy when you cannot watch their every move is a huge help! We love the black wire play pens as they can easily be folded up for storage.
FURminator Brush
The FURminator Brush is a deshedding brush that helps remove the loose hair. This helps cut back on the shedding.
Nail Trimmers
Remember to only cut the hook off. If you are not 100% sure please make sure you have us or your vet show you.
Jumbo Lamb chop
The Jumbo size Lamb chop is a big hit with our puppies! Watch our weekly videos for more information on why ;)
In the mean time...order one and thank us later.
Training
If your puppy is staying for training you will need a treat bag and clicker. We use the clicker to mark the behavior. There are tons of options for treat bags...this is just one of our favorites.

Collars
Your puppy will need a collar that can be adjusted easily. The collar should fit snuggly so it won’t slip off but not too tight; you should be able to fit two fingers between the collar and the pup’s neck. Make sure to check this frequently because your puppy will be growing quickly. Most puppies are wearing 8-10" collars when they go home. Puppies that stay for training (until 12 weeks in age) typically wear 11"-12" collars when they go home.

Toys
We recommend strong durable, well-made toys (like kong toys) that are sized appropriately for your dog. Cheaper is not always better- you do not want a toy that your dog can easily take apart and swallow small pieces.
